Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-unders
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
15:14 as Rx. It is crazy to think that the top athletes are posting sub 10min on the workout. I guess i'd better get faster if i want a shot at regionals for 2012...

Also did:
15 min AMRAP
10 HSPU
15 Sit-ups
10 Power snatch #65
11 rounds even.

5 x (40 double saut a la corde + 30 saut en hauteur (60cm) et 20 Kettle bell swing 24kgs)
15 min 14 sec

et puis
faire en 15 min le plus de fois possible:
10 pompes en equilibre
15 abdos
10 Jetee a l'arache a 30kgs
11 fois le tour...
