3 rounds for time:
800m run
2 min rest.
I decided to make the 2 min rest useful. i did reps of Cindy instead of resting.
Run went 2:38; 2:42 and 2:48 + 2-3 rounds of cindy between. 14:11 total time.

Then did back squats/abs:
Back squats: 135-225
Abs: 6 x 25 Butterfly abs
