Seven rounds for time of:
40 pound dumbbell Hang split snatch, 10 reps Right arm
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
40 pound dumbbell Hang split snatch, 10 reps Left arm
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
12:22. We dont have a 15ft ceiling at the gym so we did sub the rope climb with 7 strict pullups each time. Rx weights.
Arms are killing me with the sandbagging so went to kipping pullups for the last 2 rounds.
