I was gone last week and did not workout like i probably should have. I also ate a LOT of fried food which was good but so bad for you. Thank you David and Jeanelle for your hospitality and friendship. It means a lot to me. The WOD was not hard but i definitely felt the lack of sleep, beers, extra food...
