2nd day in Charlotte:
WOD today is: 20 min AMRAP of 400m run + 7 muscle ups.
I had to sub muscle ups for clap push ups + bench dips. 1 to 4 ratio
Did 7 rounds even.
Did the all WOD inside a small room at the hotel where the treadmill stopped three times as I was running on it... Pretty scary...
