Five rounds for time of:
85 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders
23:50... pretty slow. But when you have OHS and double under in a single workout, time is not going to be the greatest. Especially when both of those are not a strenght...
I guess it was a really good reminder that you can always find things to work on.
I did some back squats after that: 5 rounds of 5 reps each at 205-210-215-220 and 225 pounds.
