Today is Friday and i have done all the workouts posted. Brian used Mel and I for a workout of his creation:
1 mile run + 30 DB 1 arm clean and press + 800 m run + 20 DB 1 ACP + 400 m run + 10 DB 1 ACP: 18:12 Rx. (weights was #45 for DB)
I also lifted weights. My squats were heavier but did not feel really strong. I also did some weighted pull ups (#26).

Nous sommes Vendredi aujourd'hui et j'ai deja fait tous les entrainements pour la semaine. Brian en a donc decide pour me faire faire un entrainement de sa creation: 1650 m course + 30 Alteres (22kgs)clean et press+ 800m course + 20 alteres + 400 m course + 10 alteres. (18min 12 sec.)
