Today's WOD: Three rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions
Once again, it looks like 18-20 min workout but no, thank you to pushups!!!! 22:36 Rx. I do abs on the GHD machine so it took a little bit longer. Ran the 100m on treadmill (12.0mph) thanks to the snow outside.

I then, lifted. Bench press (162.5-5/162.5-5/162.5-7) Back Squats (220-5/220-5/220-6) Curls: dead hanging pull ups with #53KB around waist. (13-7-11-7).

Aujourd'hui au programe: 3 fois
100 metres course/50 pompes/ 100 metres course/ 50 abdos/ 100 metres course/ 50 squats/ 100 metres course/ 50 abdos. 22 min 36 sec.
Pourtant simple, ces excercises ensemblent ont ete plus dur que prevu. je pensais etre entre 18-20 min.
