March 1st: 3 rounds for time: 9 Muscle ups
15 Burpees Pull-Ups
21 Pull -Ups
800 m run. All with a #20 west
Total time: 26:32
March 2nd: 3 rounds for time of: 400 m run
15 squats snatch #75. I did them with #65 cuz OHS and I don't really get along.
9 HSPU
Total time: 16:24
