This morning i decided to work out at our hotel.
Did 5 x 5 DB Seated shoulder press @35lbs
Then 200 Pushups. no time.
Ce matin j'ai decide de faire un peu de muscu dans la salle de gym de l'hotel.
5 x 5 reps de press avec alteres
200 pompes.
