Today i decided to lift with Eetu, still in Grand Forks, still at the Anytime fitness gym there. Deadlift 5 x 3 @285. Fast tempo Back Squats 5 x 5 @245 Weighted Pull ups 5 x 5 @25-30-35-40-45(4 1/2)- 45 (4)
