Strength
1. 7 x 2 Deadlift, EMOM @80%, 375#
2. 7 x 2 Bench press @80%
          5 Strict Pull-Ups, EMOM

Conditioning
10 Minute Amrap of:
15 Wall Ball
10 KB Swings
5 DL @275#
Every top of the minute do 5 burpees.
Did 3 rounds + 28 reps of the 4th round. Used a 30# WB and and a 62#KB.
