1st time i try bench press since the shoulders started hurting... very weak and it still doesn't feel right...
WOD #2: 4 rounds for time
10 Toes to Bar
10 Deadlift 185lbs
10 Box Jumps 24"
4:31 as Rx
Could done more... need to add to make the wod around 20min effort.
