GHD Wall ball, 10 pound ball
Wallball "2-fer-1s", 20 pound ball
5:30 as Rx.

WOD #2: For time:
Row 500 meters
20 inch Box jump, 50 reps
Push-ups, 50 reps
Sit-ups, 50 reps
Jumping pull-ups, 50 reps
50 Back extension, 50 reps
Dips, 50 reps
1.5 pood Turkish Get-up, 20 reps, alternating arms
20:09 as Rx.

1er Entrainement:
21-15-9 repetitions de:
Abdos avec medecine ball de 4.5 kgs
Squats 2 pour 1 avec med. ball de 9kgs

2eme Entrainement:
500m aviron de salle
50 saut en hauteur a 50cm
50 pompes
50 abdos
50 tractions avec saut
50 extensions du dos
50 dips
20 "turkish get up" a 24kgs KBS
