Still sick but tired of doing nothing so i decided to do:
4 x 30 sec L-Sit hold
      Bear Complex (9-7-5-3 at 95-105-115 and 135)
No time, just work on both

Then Front Squats
10 x 2 reps
165-175-185-195-205-215-220-225-235-240
